Why Join?

The contributions of the Curie and Joliot-Curie families to science remain relevant today, and interest in their history remains very strong.

Their views on science, its social role, the responsibility of scientists, gender equality, and the teaching of science to children deserve to be actively defended now more than ever.

The ACJC needs to gather new supporters who are committed to these values:

  • To develop its own initiatives, such as publications, exhibitions, or conferences, and contributions to schools or universities.
  • To develop joint activities with the Curie Museum or discussions with historians of science interested in the emergence of radioactivity, nuclear physics, or particle physics and their applications.
